Community and connection are at the heart of all humans. We thrive when we are part of a collective and find meaning and purpose in connection.
I endeavour to create many opportunities to connect with other people through retreats, workshops and other group connections but as so much of our lives are also online, it's important to include this as part of my community.
So, anyone who joins any of my 1-1 or groups will automatically be allowed to join the Shadow to Shine Online Community, to help support and connect with others on a similar journey.
